Following on from the remastered re-up’s of MC Duke’s Organised Rhyme and Ruthless Rap Assassins’ Killer Album Original Dope (run by former Hip-Hop Connection editor Andy Cowan) continues its mission to rediscover and celebrate early UK hip-hop classics and long forgotten American bangers with the re-issue of two digitally remastered classics.

Battersea-born Mell‘O’’s Thoughts Released [Revelation I] debut solo LP, a seminal release that showcases Mell’O”s lyrical flexibility, un-compromising London accent and ambition. The new release incorporates three of the super-strong tracks from his calling card release Comin’ Correct.

Silver Bullet’s Bring Down The Walls No Limit Squad Returns brings a ground-breaking artist to the attention of a new audience. How many people know that in the late 80s a film mad teenager from West London was releasing nasty, infectious and knowing tracks such as the Robocop sampling 20 Seconds To Comply (note this was before US acts ‘created’ horrorcore), breaking into the UK singles charts and bagging a record contract with EMI? For those unfamiliar with Silver Bullet’s distinctive and frantic style, the re-release of Bring Down The Walls brings to life a forgotten strand of UK music history.
